About computer engineering/ computer science, Can you give me big lie ?

ex :

- There is no need to attend school ( study computer engineering ).  
   Because every one can code ( write program ) 

- Programmer cannot do web design , they can only write code 

- there are no difference between software engineer and coder

EDIT: A lie is a type of deception in the form of an untruthful statement, especially with the intention to deceive others. Why someone try to deceive other people especially customer ? I think they try to prove they are real computer engineer without having diploma in computer science.
